1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 216WowPH ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account on 216WowPH or by accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on 216WowPH. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the more specific rule will apply to that particular game or promotion.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of 216WowPH following any amendment means you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 216WowPH, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 216WowPH. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 216WowPH reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withold withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your details promptly if anything changes. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 216WowPH will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

216WowPH may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include government-issued IDs such as Philippine passport, SS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

216WowPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on your chosen method. 216WowPH does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 216WowPH may request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). It is your sole responsibility to declare any winings for tax purposes in accordance with applicable Philippine law. 216WowPH is not responsible for any tax liability arising from your use of our platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

216WowPH regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and event-based promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any derived winings can be withdrawn.

6. Gameplay Rules

216WowPH uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes in all applicable games. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, 216WowPH's records will be used to determine the outcome.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and our server logs, our server logs will take precedence. If a game malfunctions in a way that affects the fairness of the outcome, 216WowPH reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 216WowPH and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on216WowPH.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in poker or card games.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Using 216WowPH for any money laundering activity or to fund illegal operations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or members of the 216WowPH support team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 216WowPH platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 216WowPH or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from216WowPH without prior written consent.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 216WowPH's services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

216WowPH provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 216WowPH shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winings, or data resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain credential security.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use 216WowPH.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Account Termination

You may close your 216WowPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bonus requirements must be settled before final withdrawals are processed. If you have opted into self-exclusion through ourResponsible Gaming tools, re-registration during the exclusion period will not be permitted.

216WowPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of our bonus system is detected.
• A player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon legitimate account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
